Responsibilities:
We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media, Pinterest, and Meta Ads Specialist to create and execute effective advertising campaigns for our company.
Your primary duties will include:
Developing target audiences
Refining campaign strategies for optimal reach and engagement
Analyzing campaign data
Making recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies specifically tailored for Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram
Optimize content and posts to increase organic reach and engagement on social media platforms
Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and trends to maintain the best SEO practices
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to focus on growth opportunities
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns
Work with content creators and designers to create compelling and shareable content
Analyze data and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in social media advertising, specifically with Meta Ads Manager and preferred for Pinterest
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful campaigns
Strong understanding of target audience research and segmentation
In-depth knowledge of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on the latest trends
Bonus points for:
Fluency in written and verbal English
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Ample experience with Pinterest to promote products
